1、项目名称：深圳市人民医院ICU解决方案及吊塔采购项目。

4、变更内容（中文）：
（1）开标时间(即投标截止时间)延期至2010年12月7日9:30(北京时间)；
（2）3、外科混合吊塔3套
3.1设备基本性能要求：
3.1.1.吊塔应采用高强度铝合金，整体全密封设计，具有升高或旋转限位装置，必须防腐蚀，便于清洗；
*3.1.2.吊塔旋转角度≥340度；
3.1.3.每一吊塔各类气体接口颜色及形状不同，具有防误插功能，所有接口必须采用国际标准；
3.1.4.所有气体接口必须带三状态（通、断、拔），能带气维修；
3.1.5.吊塔插座电源为交流电220V并有单独接地线，每一插座须带等电位接地端子（接地线不得与吊塔接地共用）；
3.1.6.电源插座、弱电接口、气体根据业主要求安装；
3.1.7.所有吊塔均应配有操作把手，把手上可配电动升降开关/刹车开关；
*3.1.8.各关节须配安全闭气式刹车；
3.1.9.箱体结构：垂直箱体，非吊架式；
3.1.10.吊塔的箱体下或吊臂上须配置线盒或线槽，以避免线缆零乱而造成的不安全隐患；
3.1.11.所投标产品必须在不浪费原有配置基础上可以根据用户要求升级（比如加装仪器平台，气源，电源等配件，增加配件的费用另付）。
3.2设备具体要求：
*3.2.1.净载重量≥80kg；
3.2.2.双臂，活动范围≥1600mm；
3.2.3.电动升降高度为≥700mm；
3.2.4.仪器平台：2个（须为吊架式设计，轻便灵活）；
3.2.5.抽屉1个；
3.2.6平台的整个边框四周均须配有防撞保护圈；
3.2.7气源（包括二次接口）：负压1个；压缩空气1个；
3.2.8电源插座：4（带4个等电位接地端子）。
4、电动腔镜吊塔（带腔镜小车）1套
4.1设备基本性能要求：
4.1.1吊塔应采用高强度铝合金，整体全密封设计，具有升高或旋转限位装置，必须防腐蚀，便于清洗；

4.1.3每一吊塔各类气体接口颜色及形状不同，具有防误插功能，所有接口必须采用国际标准；

4.2.6气源（包括二次接口）：二氧化碳1个；负压1个；压缩空气1个；
4.2.7电源插座：8（带8个等电位接地端子）。
